Electrical: 240V (single-phase AC), dedicated 20A breaker and circuit, NEMA 6-20R outlet (or direct hardwire, per manufacturer spec), 10 AWG or 12 AWG copper wire. Strictly dedicated circuit — never share with other appliances or lights. Will not plug into a standard 120V wall outlet. Check local electrical code for GFCI/damp-location requirements. Licensed electrician installation required.

Certifications: CE (EU health, safety & environmental compliance), FSC (sustainably sourced timber), SAA (Australian/NZ electrical safety approval), LVD (EU low-voltage safety directive), and ETL (independently tested to UL safety standards for North America).

Every VILDEN Hearth Nook is kiln-dried to eliminate wood warping and tested to meet low-EMF emissions safety standards.

Precautions

• If the temperature becomes unbearable, decrease the temperature or shut off the sauna immediately.
• Do not use if pregnant, if you have serious inflammation, a fever, a communicable disease, acute bleeding, or are intoxicated.
• Do not consume alcohol or drugs when using the sauna.
• Do not splash water on any electrical component inside the sauna.
• Do not bring wet towels into your sauna or any substances that could harm the interior of your sauna.
• Do not install a lock on your sauna.
• All repairs need to be authorized by the supplier's representative; otherwise product warranty may be voided.

Cleaning and Maintenance

• Use a clean, damp towel to wipe off the bench, floor, and around the back panel.
• Do not use a towel that is too wet and can drop water inside the sauna.
• Do not use cleaning agents inside the sauna.
• Keep the sauna dry and clean — do not leave towels, water glasses, or bottles inside the sauna after use.
• Wipe the exterior surface of the sauna with a towel and clean the glass at least once a month.

Delivery arrives via specialized freight carrier with residential liftgate service, curbside only. We recommend two people be present to move panels into your space.

Every VILDEN suite carries the manufacturer's 1-year warranty on all accessories — including the heater, wood paneling and accessories (stools, backrests, headrests), lighting, control boards, and oxygen bar — administered through Norden Soul as your authorized dealer.

• Within the first year, manufacturing defect: free replacement, with shipping covered by us.
• Within the first year, damage from use: free replacement, with freight covered by you.
• After the first year: replacement parts available at cost, with freight covered by you.

Repairs must be authorized by the manufacturer's representative before any work is done — unauthorized repairs may void this warranty. Contact us to start a claim.
