This website is operated by Norden Soul. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Norden Soul. Norden Soul offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing a premium Vilden sauna suite from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

 

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card or financing application information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Shipping, routing, and logistics communication are handled through encrypted channels.

 

SECTION 3 - HIGH-TICKET PRODUCTS & BESPOKE MANUFACTURING TIMELINES

Because every Vilden wellness suite featured in the Norden Soul catalog is built to order, custom-fabricated, and strictly verified under zero-warp and certified electrical safety standards, special manufacturing provisions apply:

Fabrication & Import Window: By placing an order, you explicitly acknowledge that the standard expected timeline for custom factory fabrication, quality control, import clearance, and premium ocean freight delivery to domestic shores is 8 to 10 weeks.

Timeline Variance: While we make every structural effort to ensure your unit arrives within the projected window, Norden Soul is not liable for minor logistical delays stemming from international port congestion, customs inspections, or domestic freight terminal bottlenecks.

SECTION 4 - FINANCING AND THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT APPLICATIONS

Norden Soul integrates with third-party financing applications and consumer installment networks (such as Klarna and Shop Pay Installments) to provide flexible capital management options:

Independent Credit Agreements: By opting to utilize a financing application at checkout, you enter into a direct, legally binding credit agreement with that specific third-party provider.

Payment Responsibilities: Norden Soul is not responsible for the approval, denial, interest rates, or installment management dictated by third-party financing entities. You remain fully liable to your chosen provider for the agreed financial schedule regardless of manufacturing or transit timelines.

SECTION 5 - FREIGHT LOGISTICS AND DELIVERY LIABILITY

Vilden wellness suites are heavy-density, highly reinforced freight items shipped in custom structural wooden crates. Specific physical requirements apply to delivery:

Delivery Parameters: All residential deliveries are executed via professional freight carriers utilizing liftgate vehicles. Delivery is strictly limited to premium curbside or driveway delivery only. Carriers will not unbox, unpack, or transport modular panels into your home or commercial space.

Consignee Assembly and Handling Liability: Due to the heavy weight parameters of Grade-A Canadian Red Cedar and Premium Hemlock timber, it is strongly recommended that a minimum of two capable individuals are present at the delivery appointment to safely move the modular panel sections from the curbside drop point into an interior environment.

The Inspection Protocol Requirement: You are legally bound to visually inspect the external status of the freight crate prior to signing the carrier’s paper or digital Delivery Receipt. If severe structural damage to the crate is visible, you must note "Damaged Upon Arrival" directly on the delivery manifest to preserve your freight insurance coverage, as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

SECTION 7 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, or more complete sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

The structural layouts, names, graphic design templates, conversion infographics, and literary copy associated with the Vilden brand and the Norden Soul catalog are the exclusive intellectual property of Norden Soul. Any unauthorized duplication, modification, or commercial exploitation of our visual or text assets is strictly prohibited.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws governing the primary domestic jurisdiction where Norden Soul operates.
