1. Professional Installation Requirement

Norden Soul supplies luxury wellness infrastructure and component parts. Norden Soul is strictly a product vendor and does not provide architectural engineering, electrical engineering, or contracting installation services.

Mandatory Licensed Professionals: All units, traditional heaters, infrared components, and associated thermal equipment must be installed, wired, and commissioned exclusively by a fully licensed, bonded, and insured electrical contractor and professional carpenter/builder.

Proof of Compliance: Failure to utilize a licensed professional to complete the installation immediately voids all product warranties and nullifies any claims of liability against Norden Soul.

2. Electrical & Structural Safety Compliance

High-performance thermal suites require dedicated electrical infrastructure and precise spatial planning.

Local Codes: The buyer assumes 100% sole responsibility for ensuring that the destination site complies with all local municipal building codes, National Electrical Codes (NEC), fire ordinances, and permit requirements.

Infrastructure Failure: Norden Soul accepts no responsibility or liability for property damage, electrical grid failures, building fires, or localized infrastructure damage resulting from inadequate breaker capacity, faulty wiring, or improper installation of heating elements.

3. Comprehensive Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Norden Soul, its corporate entities, officers, employees, or suppliers be held liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of, or connected with:

The misuse, faulty installation, or unapproved structural alteration of any sauna unit or component.

Personal injury, property damage, structural rot, moisture/vapor barrier failure, or thermal damage to real estate.

Financial Cap: In any jurisdiction where limitation of liability clauses are restricted, Norden Soul’s total liability to the buyer shall not exceed the exact purchase price paid by the customer for the specific physical goods rendered.

4. Health and Wellness Assumption of Risk

Saunas utilize extreme high-temperature environments.

Medical Evaluation: Users of Norden Soul products assume all inherent physical risks. Customers and users are strictly advised to consult a qualified medical professional before exposing themselves to thermal recovery suites, particularly individuals with pre-existing cardiovascular conditions, pregnancy, or blood pressure irregularities.

Indemnification: The buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Norden Soul against any third-party claims relating to personal health incidents, injuries, or adverse physical reactions occurring inside or around the supplied units.

5. Freight, Delivery, and Inspection

Damage in Transit: Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery of the freight shipment to the specified destination address.

Pre-Installation Inspection: The buyer or their hired agent must inspect all components for freight damage or component missing-links prior to beginning construction or electrical hookup. Norden Soul is not liable for labor costs associated with removing, tearing down, or replacing damaged components if those components were installed despite visible pre-existing transit defects.
